Shipping Policy
Order Processing
• Hair Bundles:
Bundle orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Wigs (Made-to-Order):
All wigs are custom made to order. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for processing and shipping.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Locations
• We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes begin after processing is completed, not the day the order is placed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Any issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number.
